Frequently asked questions
Do you wrap bushes and shrubs?+
Yes. We wrap bushes and shrubs, but not with C9s. C9s are designed for rooflines, so for bushes we use mini-lights or specialty landscape strands that are built for that application and look cleaner up close.
Do you wrap trees?+
Yes. Trunk wraps, branch wraps, and full canopy lighting are all available. Same reason as bushes, we don't use C9s on trees. We use mini-lights or wrap-specific strands designed to hug the trunk and branches without gaps or bulk.
Do you offer multicolor C9s?+
Yes. Warm white, traditional red/green/blue multicolor, or a custom mix like red & white or blue & white, all at the same price.
Do you do wreaths, garland, and pathway lighting?+
Yes. Wreaths, garland, pathway stakes, and other landscape accents can all be added to your holiday display.
Is takedown included?+
Yes. Every quote includes full takedown after the holidays, plus off-season storage of your custom-cut line set for next year.
What if a bulb burns out or a strand fails mid-season?+
Call us. In-season service is included, we come back out and fix any bulb, strand, or storm-related issue at no extra charge.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Fully insured local crew, no subcontractors, no ladder-truck guys you've never met.
How much does a C9 install cost?+
Displays start at $600 and are priced based on the linear footage of your roofline plus any bushes, trees, or accents you add. You get a fixed written quote before we book anything.
How early should I book?+
We start installs in October and book up fast. The earlier you get on the schedule, the more flexibility you have on your install date.
Do you offer permanent lighting as an alternative?+
Yes. If you're tired of the yearly install/takedown cycle, ask us about our permanent LED system, one install, warm white every night, and full color for every holiday.
